Harry Allen was born in the UK, but spent many of his teenage years in Nigeria. He was educated at International schools in Lagos and London, and at Bretton Hall. After graduating with a degree in Theatre Arts, Harry has worked as an actor, director teacher and writer and has spent his life in Africa, Asia and Middle East. His first novel, Ibarajo Road, was voted one of the best books for teens by the Independent on Sunday. His second, Children of the Sun was awarded a Kirkus Star.
Harry now lives in Dubai with his wife and family.
