Eleceed, Volume 1

Eleceed, Volume 1 Synopsis

Super-powerful electricity. Super-turbo speed. Super . . . big, chonky cat? The smash-hit superhero WEBTOON is now in print for the first time!

In a world where Awakened humans develop elemental superpowers, Kayden is among the most fearsome of them all with his seemingly unstoppable electricity. But when dire circumstances send him on the run, Kayden seeks the perfect disguise to hide from his foes and ends up transforming into a cat-the biggest, chubbiest orange cat on the streets of Korea.

Injured and unable to return to his human form, Kayden stumbles across Jiwoo, a lonely boy who adores cats and devotes all his free time to taking care of strays. To Kayden's surprise, Jiwoo is an Awakened with the power of super speed; however, his abilities are underdeveloped, as he has been taught to hide them his whole life.

With Kayden as his grumpy cat mentor, can Jiwoo successfully join the ranks of the Awakened, use his powers to keep evil forces at bay, and most important . . . save every cat in need?

Volume 1 collects episodes 1-17 of the WEBTOON Eleceed.
