As the story unfolds, Harley and his companions face numerous challenges and obstacles, including deadly assassins, treacherous allies, and supernatural phenomena.

Along the way, they must use all their skills and wits to unravel the mystery of the Order of the Scorpion and prevent a catastrophic terrorist attack. The book is notable for its exotic setting, fast-paced action, and colorful characters.
