Grassroots Monarchy

Grassroots Monarchy Synopsis

It's a green new future for Gotham! Poison Ivy's whirlwind ascension to mayor of Gotham City has granted her legitimate power, which she promised to use to improve Gotham's environment, but at what cost to her constituents? Knowing Ivy, it's going to be pretty bloody.

It turns out Pamela's newfound role is rife with people looking for compromises, payoffs, and illicit partnerships-none of which she's willing to make. Doing things the legal way just isn't going to cut it. But the more Pam does, the more her hands-on approach spirals out of control.

Pretty soon, she finds herself in hot water with the Parliament of Trees, the Grey, the people of Gotham City, and even her enforcers, the Order of the Green Knight. Collects Poison Ivy #42-47.
