After a botched exorcism, a faithful nun is kicked out of the church and a foul demon is kicked out of hell. Now excommunicated, they must work together to unravel the sinister plot that endangers everything they hold dear. Sister Josephine, a nun pure of heart and soul, is deceived into attending a deadly and disastrous exorcism.
The result? Both she and the demon are cast out of the worlds they know. But things don't make sense; they must work together to unravel an intricate web of lies and deception that threatens their lives and perhaps the world itself.
Power and possession work both ways, as Sister Josephine and the demon Eddimu soon discover.
