A Bullet from the Past

A Bullet from the Past Synopsis

A high-stakes Australian police procedural packed with cop-killer suspense, organised crime, sectarian wounds, personal grief, and a deadly feud reaching rural New South Wales.

One of their own is dead. Farrell wants the truth, whatever it costs.

Senior Sergeant Joel Stringer is shot dead on his own doorstep.

For Detective Inspector Jason Farrell and his team, the murder is more than another case. It is a brutal strike at the heart of Kingsbrook police, leaving a grieving family behind and a squad determined to find the person who ordered the hit.
But Stringer's death is only the beginning.

As Farrell digs deeper, the investigation pulls him from local protection rackets to Sydney crime figures. He uncovers buried Irish secrets and a feud that has crossed oceans to reach Kingsbrook.

Someone is settling old scores in Kingsbrook. And the killer has already proved that no one, not even the police, is beyond reach.

A Bullet from the Past is the explosive fifth book in the Detective Jason Farrell series: a fast-paced Australian crime thriller for fans of cop-killer investigations, organised crime conspiracies, and conflicts that refuse to die.
