The Mothman Reborn

The Mothman Reborn Synopsis

In the shadowed streets of modern-day Point Pleasant, WV, legends are not just stories told to frighten children or lure in tourists. They are real, lurking in the corners, waiting for the right moment to emerge.

Daryl Kearns, a passionate paranormal enthusiast and self-proclaimed comic book nerd, has always been fascinated by cryptids, especially the mysterious Mothman. When he's not lost in the world of superheroes and monsters, he's tormented by Benjamin Howder, a mean-spirited bully who's made it his life's mission to tear down Daryl's self esteem.

As the weight of the bullying intensifies, a dark force offers Daryl a chance at revenge. Faced with the allure of immense power and the ability to enact revenge, Daryl stands at a crossroads. Should he tap into the sinister supernatural realm, with the Mothman as his guide, and finally make Benjamin pay? Or, does he rise above, embodying the virtues of the superheroes he's always admired, even when faced with his own personal demon?

A chilling coming-of-age tale that weaves the lore of the legendary Mothman with the trials of growing up, "The Mothman Reborn" delves deep into the human psyche, challenging the boundaries between right and wrong, and light and dark. When revenge seems sweet, will Daryl's love for comics guide him to be the hero or the villain of his own story?
