Stephen P. Ferris is Dean and Professor of Finance at the Miller College of Business, Ball State University. His research interests include the regulation of capital markets, corporate governance, bankruptcy, and legal analysis of corporate activity. He has published in Journal of Finance, Financial Analysts Journal, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Financial Services Research, Financial Review, International Review of Economics and Business, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, Journal of Political Economy and Journal of Business Finance and Accounting and was editor of The Financial Review from 1997-2003.
Kose John is the Charles William Gerstenberg Professor of Banking and Finance at New York University Stern School of Business and teaches courses in corporate finance.
