Xinhua Zhang is currently a lecturer of the Party Committee School of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, and postdoctoral fellow at the of Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Zhang focuses on research and teaching in the fields of resource economics, regional economics,
