Ryleigh Pearson was born and continues to live in Melbourne, Australia. Before writing A Shadow's Desire. Ryleigh had served in the Australian army before being medically discharged as a result of a training accident. Never expecting to ever write a novel, one night while lying in bed contemplating about his life, Ryleigh felt compelled to write down his thoughts until the sun rose the next morning. This twelve-page summary was later developed into the punctiliously written dark-romance, A Shadow's Desire. Captivated by the STEM field since a young age, Ryleigh has earned a diploma of engineering and currently works in the HVAC industry as an engineering draftsman.
