Linda Hager Pack is a business owner in Richmond, Kentucky. She taught children's literature at Eastern Kentucky University, kindergarten and primary grades for twenty-two years in Kentucky and West Virgina, and was awarded the prestigious Ashland Oil Teacher Award by Governor Paul Patton. She is the author of A is for Appalachia: The Alphabet Book of Appalachian Heritage and Appalachian Toys and Games from A to Z.
