Lamara Qoqiauri finished Tbilisi School of Physics and Mathematics named after Komarov; graduated from the Faculty of Economy at Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University. Under the tutorship of Vasil Chantladze in 1986 passed Ph.D. defense. In 2003, she defended doctoral dissertation on the topic Formation and Development of Investment market in Georgia and was conferred professor's degree.
