Jingmeng Cai is the Associate Professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. She holds doctor and master's degrees in law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Her research and teaching interest is primarily in competition law. She has published dozens of articles related to competition law in renowned international and Chinese law journals, and translated academic articles and books from English to Chinese.
