Prof. Yuri V. Mikhlin has a position at Dept. of Applied Mathematics, National Technical University “Kharkov Polytechnical Institute”, Ukraine. Journal of Nonlinear Mechanics; Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science. Dr. Sci. Arkadiy I. Manevich is a Professor at Theoretical and Computational Mechanics Department of Dniepr National University (Ukraine). The main areas of his scientific work are dynamics, stability and optimal design of linear and nonlinear multidimensional systems, in particular, thin-walled structures.
