Heiner Bielefeldt is Professor of Human Rights and Human Rights Politics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. He served as the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief from 2010 to 2016. Michael Wiener works in the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and is a visiting fellow at Kellogg College, University of Oxford.
