Gregg Bromka was bitten by the mountain biking bug when he reluctantly rode Moab's Slickrock Trail with his buddies in the mid-1980s. Since then he has developed an obsession with Utah trails and has written more than a half-dozen guidebooks, the latest being Mountain Biking Utah's Wasatch Front and Mountain Biking Park City and Beyond. Road biking completes his love for pedaling two wheels. A transplant from upstate New York and with a degree in geology, Gregg has made Salt Lake City his home for more than twenty years.
