She spent many years in publishing but is now a trained nutritional therapist helping clients achieve health and balance in their lives. Elisabeth balances her own hectic life with simple pleasures like lots of walks in nature, taking time out for fika moments, lighting candles, and cooking seasonal foods inspired from her childhood growing up in the Swedish countryside. Elisabeth is the author of The Lagom Life and The Book of Nordic Self-care. She lives in London, UK.
