Debbie Page is a lecturer in the School of Communication at the Waikato Institute of Technology. She is the Programme Manager for the Graduate Diploma in Communication, and has a senior management role within the School. She has researched and published in organisational communication, but more recently has focused on language teaching methodology and practice within tertiary institutes.

Ted Zorn is professor of management communication at the Waikato Management School. He is former head of two academic departments and currently Assistant Dean for Academic Staffing. Ted is principal investigator on a research grant, The Impacts of Information & Communication Technologies in the Workplace and Communities. He is past editor of Management Communication Quarterly and past chair of the Organizational Communication Division of the National Communication Association, USA.
