Distinguished Professor of English at Penn State University, Dr. Cheryl Glenn, is an international leader in the field of rhetoric and writing studies. She has served as chair of the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC). Dr. Glenn was named Rhetorician of the Year, awarded the 2019 CCCC Exemplar Award and awarded an honorary doctorate from Örebro University (Sweden). She has received numerous awards for her scholarship, mentoring and teaching. Across the arc of her career, she remains most proud of her teaching awards.
