Silja Voeneky is a leading scholar in the field of the interdependence of ethics and public international law, and the governance of emerging technologies. She is Professor of Public International Law, and Comparative Law at the University of Freiburg and was a Fellow at Harvard Law School. She previously served as a member of the German Ethics Council.
