Tuba Ayhan was born in Ankara, Turkey, in 1987. She received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electronics engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2008 and 2010, respectively. In 2015, she received the Ph.D. degree in Applied Sciences from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium on electronic localization systems.
