Sarah Jane Evans

Sarah Jane Evans is one of the UK's leading wine and food writers and a founder of the Academy of Chocolate. As a Master of Wine, she has a particular interest in taste and flavour, and enjoys sharing her expertise in wine tasting to reveal the pleasures of chocolate. Sarah Jane writes for a range of consumer magazines, including BBC Good Food, Olive and Decanter. She is a former president of the Guild of Food Writers, and a member of the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino because of her long interest in Spain and Spanish wines. She lives in London with her husband and two daughters.
