Join The Shoestring Club When the love of her life, Ed, announces his surprise engagement to her best friend, Julia Schuster is distraught but determined not to let them see how much she's hurting. She spies a remarkable dress in Shoestring, her sister's designer second-hand shop, and knows she'll only be able to stagger through the wedding day, showing everyone how over Ed she is, if her body is wrapped in its soft silk chiffon. Unfortunately it costs mega bucks and she's barely hanging on to her job as it is. Arietty Pilgrim can't and won't attend her fiercely competitive school reunion unless she can arrive wearing exactly the same dress. But working as an elephant keeper in Dublin Zoo does not a millionaire make. But fate has a funny way of bringing people together. Just as Julia starts to flounder amidst family troubles, problem drinking and a broken heart, she meets Arietty and the two of them set up The Shoestring Club -- time-sharing one extraordinary dress and beginning a life-altering friendship.

Looking for Christmas magic, romance and sparkle? Then stop right here as ‘Moonlight over Manhattan’ offers all of this and more. Dog walker and exceedingly shy Harriett challenges herself to face her fears, and finds herself in more than one sticky situation during the month of December. Dr Ethan Black agrees to look after exuberant Madi the dog, but he's taken on so much more than he bargained for. Sarah Morgan knows how to capture your heart, and I do love her stories that are brimming with friendship and romance. Characters from previous books step in and out of the pages, and potential new ones are introduced. ‘Moonlight over Manhattan’ gathers you into a warm hug and invites you to settle down, make yourself comfy, and step into its delightfully warm and engaging pages. ~ Liz Robinson A message from Sarah Morgan Dear Reader One of my favorite quotes (and I’ve used it in the front of this book) is from Eleanor Roosevelt, who said ‘do one thing every day that scares you’. That quote is perfect for the heroine of this story. Harriet is a twin, and she is the shy twin. Life wasn’t easy for her growing up and now her confident twin sister has moved out of their apartment, she is forced to make a new life for herself. And it’s hard. She knows she has to push herself out of her comfort zone, and so resolves to do one thing every day that challenges her.Like most people, Harriet is a mixture of strength and vulnerability and I loved watching her grow in confidence and find her own path. As some of you know, I wrote a number of medical romances before writing longer books, and I still can’t resist a sexy doctor. So my hero in this story, Dr. Ethan Black, works in the emergency department (as I did, many years ago before I changed careers and started writing stories while wearing my pajamas.) He is my favorite type of hero – strong, kind, smart and patient. I don’t blame Harriet for falling in love with him (I hope you do too!), but in the end loving Ethan becomes her greatest challenge of all. This is a story about pushing the boundaries. It’s about courage, friendship and of course romance, all against the snowy, sparkly backdrop of New York City. I hope you love it. Sarah xxx
Just one huge loving hug from start to finish. Felicity flees as fast as her heart and mind will let her when she realises her ex-husband is back in town. Seth last saw Felicity ten years ago, he still has feelings for her, does the fact that she has run, mean that she returns them? I just love a Sarah Morgan novel, she delivers every time, with friendship as much at the heart of the story as the romance. With both Felicity and Seth the focus, we are given more of an insight into relationship dance between them, and I cheerfully tutted, raised my eyebrows and encouraged them along the way. While the characters link to previous novels, if this is your first novel by Sarah Morgan, you could quite happily treat yourself to the delightful ‘Holiday in the Hamptons’ and read it as a standalone romantic feast. ~ Liz Robinson
A spicy, amusing, magical story, just perfect for Christmas, or any time of the year. I do so enjoy a Sarah Morgan romance, you know exactly what you're going to get, yet she manages to make each novel feel fresh and new, while still comforting and warm. This is the third in the ‘From Manhattan with Love’ series, Paige and Frankie are all loved up, yet positive, romantic and lovely Eva still hasn't found the man of her dreams. Eva has been commissioned to spread the Christmas cheer in crime novelist Lucas’s apartment while he is away, however a blizzard (and a Grandmother) are conspiring to throw Lucas and Eva together. I’m a bit of crime novel addict, so Lucas and Eva were a match made in heaven for me. ‘Miracle on 5th Aveneue’ is the perfect blend of a romance, waiting, ready to put a smile in your heart and mind. ~ Liz Robinson
With a magical sprinkling of snow and Christmas cheer, this is a warm and enticing romance. Christmas Ever After is the third novel in the ‘Puffin Island’ trilogy, Skylar and Alec have previously been introduced in the series and have had a decidedly rocky start. Alec thinks Skylar is a delicate princess, when in actual fact she is delightfully naughty and nice. Skylar believes that Alec is icy cool and aloof, however is intrigued when she meets his caring side. If you love to escape from the hustle and bustle with a Christmas romance, this really is a treat and can easily be read as a standalone novel. Sarah Morgan has a joyfully effortless writing style with the ability to mix thoughtful emotion, teasing chemistry and flirty fun to create a perfect serving of yuletide delight. ~ Liz Robinson

Winner of the Romantic Novelists' Association Rose Award 2013. After being shamelessly seduced by a married man, Zelah Pentewan finds her reputation is in tatters. Determined to rise above the gossip-mongers, Zelah knows she can rely on no one but herself...But her independence takes a knock when a terrifying stranger must come to her aid.
A thoughtful, comical, thoroughly entertaining relationship story with a difference. Kelly is an introverted perfectionist, she is also a leading robotics engineer. When she feels overwhelming pressure from her family to find a date for her sister’s wedding, it makes complete sense to build her own boyfriend… doesn’t it? I instantly fell into the pages, this is such a delightfully readable tale, made all the more refreshing by Kelly’s family and friends. If this were a film, it would be billed as an offbeat Hollywood romcom. It borders on the quirky (perhaps more than borders with a robot as the romantic interest!). The chaos surrounding Kelly’s decision snowballs, creating smirks, and also intrigue, how on earth was she going to rescue the situation? While Sarah Archer embraces fantastical, she also focuses on legitimate thoughts and feelings, creating a wonderful and original balance. How to Build A Boyfriend From Scratch is a positive, smile-filled, engaging read, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's where the real story begins.
The first time she saw Lost Lake, it was just a picture on a postcard, but she knew she was seeing her future. That was half a lifetime ago. Now all that's left is a once-charming collection of lakeside cabins succumbing to the Southern Georgia heat and damp, and an assortment of faithful misfits drawn back to Lost Lake year after year by their own secret dreams and desires. It's not quite enough to keep Eby Pim from selling up and calling this her final summer at the lake. Until one last chance at family knocks on her door. Kate spent her best summer at Lost Lake, at the age of twelve, before she learned of loneliness, and heartbreak, and loss. Perhaps, if she returns, her young daughter can cling to her own childhood for just a little longer...and maybe Kate herself can rediscover something that slipped through her fingers so long ago. One by one, people find their way to Lost Lake, looking for something: a second chance, a mystery solved, a heart mended. Can they find what they need before it's too late? In this atmospheric and enchanting novel, Sarah Addison Allen illuminates the secret longings and the everyday magic that wait to be discovered in the unlikeliest of places.
We all love a good saga. From Wuthering Heights and Jamaica Inn, to the modern works of authors like Katie Flynn, Katherine Webb and Nadine Dorries, there is something so captivating about the journey of a romantic heroine through an unfamiliar world, where the hearts and desires of all around her form the centre of everything. These stories can take place on grand settings: on the High Seas and foreign lands, or on a small cobbled street in a northern mining town. It doesn’t matter, as the journey of the heart is the most important of all. Get your tissues at the ready and find yourself happily shipwrecked on the ragged rocks of epic romance.
