Just Ju-Jitsu by Ken Cole

Just Ju-Jitsu by Ken Cole

In this comprehensive work the author adopts a strictly non-partisan approach and presents a guide to 'a basic syllabus' for ju-jitsu. He does not examine any one particular style or syllabus formulated by a single ju-jitsu association and has written a book that will benefit all ju-jitsu students, whatever their style.

About the Author

Ken Cole is a fifth dan in ju-jitsu and has nearly thirty years' experience of the martial arts including not only ju-jitsu but also judo and aikido. He has fought at both college and national level at judo and has taught self-defence to officers in the West Midlands Police Force. Ken teaches ju-jitsu at two clubs in the Midlands and is a service police officer with the Staffordshire Police.
