About the Author

One of the most influential food and health writers in the UK and Europe today, Jane Clarke is also a qualified dietitian, and continues to spearhead highly successful nutrition and dietetic practices in London and Leicester, where her specialist practice assists patients with cancer whilst also continuing to treat young children and the elderly.
