About William Ho, Ping Ji

William Ho is a Lecturer in the Operations & Information Management Group at the Aston Business School, Aston University, UK. In 2004, he obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. His research areas include Operations Management, Operations Research, and Knowledge Management. Dr Ji worked in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics during 1985 and 1987 as teaching staff. He has also worked at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and GINTIC Institute of Manufacturing Technology, Singapore.
