About the Author

Natalie Savona graduated from Cambridge and City universities before training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She is one of the country's leading nutritionists and in her practice treats people with a range of health conditions from chronic fatigue to digestive complaints. She is a Columnist for Cosmopolitan and author of The Kitchen Shrink, The Big Book Of Juices and Smoothies and Solve Your Skin Problems. Natalie has presented her own series on Discovery Health TV, and is currently filming a new series for BBC3 to be broadcast in Autumn 2006 helping people get better nutrition from their diets.
