About Anne Fine

Anne Fine has won the Smarties Book Prize, the Guardian Children's Fiction Award, the Carnegie Medal (twice) and has twice been voted Children's Author of the Year. She lives in County Durham. Sam Usher is the celebrated author-illustrator of Snow, Rain and Sun. He has illustrated several titles including most recently Umbrella Mouse. He has also been been shortlisted for the Waterstones Prize, the Red House Children's Book Award and longlisted for the Kate Greenaway Medal. He lives in London.
