Bradley W. Carroll received his B.A. in Mathematics and a Secondary Teaching Credential from the University of California, Irvine, his M.S. in Physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and his Ph.D. in Astrophysics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He then accepted a postdoc with Hugh Van Horn at the University of Rochester and, four years later, accepted a position in the Physics Department at Weber State University, where he served as the Physics Department chair for ten years.
