The Tao of Seduction is a collection of ancient Taoist sexual alchemy. This text was discovered while excavating the Mawangdui archaeological site in Human province and dates back over two thousand years. Lin Liao Yi, a specialist in Chinese literature and philosophy, has translated this treatise on ancient Chinese love and commented on the principal points of an ancient lifestyle that continues to have relevance for readers today. The texts teach the art of 'nourishing life' according to Taoist precepts for enjoying a healthy and spiritual sex life. For example, they explain ways to make love that will help preserve good health and avoid damaging the body's precious sexual energy. This title, bound as a traditional Chinese text, is accompanied by a lavish casing and is illustrated with erotic Chinese paintings.
