The Symphony of Bluebell Wood by Patricia Jordan

A dark shadow is looming over Bluebell Wood. Unless something can be done, this beautiful woodland and all the creatures in it will perish. The nature angels turn to the animals of nearby Lilac Wood for help. With Charlie Smith, an eight-year-old boy, they gather round to think of a plan. Only by working together as a team can the brave band of friends hope to restore harmony and save the wood. Patricia Jordan, being passionate about caring for the animal kingdom, combines this love with a respect for the environment in her second book, The Symphony Of Bluebell Wood. Following on from the adventures of The Tales Of Lilac Wood, she attempts to teach children everywhere that we can make a difference if we allow our inspiration to flow and that anything is possible if you believe! A beautifully illustrated children's story for ages 5 to 8.
