Edwin Morgan is at the forefront of Scottish (and British) literature, having written plays, translations and poems for over 60 years; he is the Poet Laureate of Glasgow and was awarded the Queen's Gold Medal for Poetry in 2000. Containing an autobiographical sequence, this biography is written by Colin Nicholson, who has known the poet for a number of years.
