Small Animal Ophthalmology A Problem-Oriented Approach by Robert L. Peiffer

This new edition retains the successful problem-oriented approach and full color text of the previous edition, along with wide coverage of all aspects of small animal ophthalmology and more than 150 color illustrations. In addition the new edition offers much more, including an instructional CD-Rom of 40 clinical cases comprising video clips and questions, to further improve the reader's skills in reaching an accurate diagnosis and selecting the best treatment option. All chapters have been fully revised and updated to take into account latest developments.

The new edition is certainly interesting, not only to the general practitioner but to the student and the beginner in ophthalmology. It is a very pleasant book to read and the small size makes it easy to carry making it readily available when needed. (...) In addition there is a CD-Rom describing 40 clinical cases. The way of presenting the cases is very instructive and interactive. This is a very enjoyable method of learning how to diagnose and treat ophthalmic cases. (...) In conclusion, this is an excellent handbook, pleasant and easy to read. The reviewer especially likes the interactive CD-Rom. This is the type of reading one can enjoy even after a hard day's work.
