Sleep and Dreaming is a comprehensive and rigorous text for undergraduate students, offering a rewarding and engaging introduction to the field. new_to_this_edition Contains much new material, particularly on the physiology of sleepA new chapter by Professor Michael Wang on the psychological treatment of insomnia
