About the Author

John K. DiBaise, M. D. is a Professor of Medicine and Clinician in the department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was formerly an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine in the Section of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
