About the Author

Sunny Moran and Jacqui Cleaver started New You Boot Camp in 2007 and it is now the most successful military style weight-loss programme running in Europe. Sunny and Jacqui started the bootcamp after struggling with their weight and have since gone on to significantly alter hundreds of women's attitudes to their bodies and their diets.
