An expert health food writer, she couldn't understand why the flat stomach she dreamed of was so unattainable until she discovered the latest scientific research on gut health. Since then she has transformed her life by living wheat- and sugar-free, and wants to help others change their lives for good. She lives in York with her husband and three children.
