Sarah Broadhurst's view...

Dani, aged 19, was murdered twenty years ago. Her parents split under the weight of the tragedy. She led a double life and her seedy side was covered up by both her father and her policeman boyfriend. Her ghost remains with her father; her mother, Patty, has spent the last twenty years trying to discover the truth about her death and now believes she has found the killer. The case is reopened. Patty makes some very bad mistakes and the plot thickens. This is a suspenseful, menacing debut, full of surprises and very clever.
