Lovereading view...

A big family saga of five generations of women seemingly linked by a prayer book. Actually they are linked by all having suffered traumatic conceptions or births, a case of history repeating itself! Miraculously they all end up with good men willing to accept their plight and support them. The different attitudes to their problems over the generations is fascinating. Family disputes, tragedies, infidelity, secrets, hopes and guilt all tumble onto the pages. All the women show different strengths and determination to succeed in their diverse ways. A strong plot, full of twists.

Synopsis

Tell Me Tomorrow by Lynda Bellingham

Meredith Lee is one of the most successful women in television. She has a daytime show that has an audience of millions. She seems to have it all. But behind the tirelessly successful facade lies the story of a woman who nearly lost everything. This is the story of a woman who could not keep love in her life. The love of neither her father nor her mother. Who lost the love of her life the first time around, then lost the love of her own child. She could not even find love in herself.
