Who doesn't love a browse in a bookstore, be it old or new?

I, for one, cannot help myself and wherever I am in the world, I have to make time for a sneaky peek and browse in the nearest bookstore. Personally I mostly use LoveReading to make my book selections, but I also use our tools to capture the books I want to read and need to buy. So as soon as I walk through the doors of any store, I pull up my digital bookshelf, filter to display "Books I Want" and shop away!

There is of course nothing better than browsing real shelves and stroking the covers of real books, but even for someone like me that makes a living from books, it can be overwhelming. Of course, if you have a brilliant local indie bookseller, I love to take their recommendations too. You can't beat a search for a new literary treasure. And of course let's not forget the age old picking up a book based on the jacket. Do you judge a book by it's cover?

Wherever you go to buy your books, and wherever you gain your recommendations from, it is clear that we think bookshops are ace. They are absolute treasures of our communities.

To celebrate these treasure troves the UK business training website TheKnowledgeAcademy.com has compiled a list of the top 15 of the most instaworthy book stores around the world.

Explaining the methodology used to compile the list TheKnowledgeAcademy.com 2sought to determine the most picture-worthy bookstores around the world by using Instagram to analyse their hashtag volumes; by using quality in-house metrics, TheKnowledgeAcademy.com were able to gather a seed list of the best bookstores worldwide; using Instagram, total hashtag counts were collected for each store contained within the seed list; where appropriate, variations of each hashtag were considered; all data was amalgamated and ranked; data was collected on 02/08/21 and is correct as of then."

Here is the list, and do check out their 'Gram:
