Professor Wolfgang Gubisch is Medical Director of the Clinic for Facial Plastic Surgery at the Center for Plastic Surgery, Marienhospital Stuttgart. Prof. Gubisch is double board certified in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), and his interests have long included functional/aesthetic nasal surgery. In June 2010 Prof. Gubisch was elected President of the German Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (Vereinigung der Deutschen Ästhetisch-Plastischen Chirurgen). He is also current President of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe and chairman of the Expert Committee of German Nasal Surgeons. Prof. Gubisch has been elected an honorary member of several renowned societies, including the Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Southern Africa, the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
