Victoria Shearer is a longtime travel and food journalist and a frequent contributor to national magazines and newspapers. She splits her time between Islamorada in the Florida Keys, Chocowinity, North Carolina, and Mercer, Wisconsin where her parents built a one-room log cabin on a small glacial lake in 1949 and where she has been going her entire life. She is the author of Florida Keys Cookbook and Florida Keys & Key West Chef's Table.
