Robert B. Todd was Quondam Professor of Classics, University of British Columbia and Fellow of the Institute for Research in Classical Philosophy and Science. He has translated three volumes of Themistius' paraphrase of Aristotle's Physics in this series, Ancient Commentators on Aristotle.
