Sunil Rao is Associate Lecturer, Monash University, Melbourne, and International Law Consultant to UNICEF. He has been Visiting Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge.
