Sanjay Kumar Gupta, (M.F.Sc., Ph.D.)  is a scientist at the Division   of Molecular Diagnostics, Prophylactics  and Nano-biotechnology,  ICAR-Indian Institute of Agricultural Biotechnogy (IIAB), Ranchi Jharkhand, India. He is graduated from College of Fisheries, Panangad, Kochi, Kerala and obtained his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai. His major research area focuses on the application of omics technology for qualitative and quantitative enhancement of aquaculture production. He has  published more than 60 peer reviewed international publications and has delivered numerous oral and posters presentations in diverse international meetings.
