Ross F. Collins rossfcollins.com/photography Collins is a professor of communication at North Dakota State University (NDSU), Fargo, U.S.A., where he teaches photography, media history, writing, editing, publication design, and other media-related classes. A former newspaper photojournalist and freelancer, his photography has been published in a wide variety of books, newspapers, and magazines, including The New York Times and Best of Photography Annual. He has also shown his work in national, regional, and local art shows and exhibits. Collins holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, UK, and in the academic world has published five books and about two dozen scholarly monographs and articles.
