Editors Dr Paolo Campisi Dr. Paolo Campisi is a Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery practicing at the Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto. He has a clinical interest in disorders of the head and neck, airway and voice and is the Director of the Centre for Paediatric Voice and Laryngeal Function, a subspecialty clinic designed for the care of children with voice disorders. His research interests are focused on the epidemiology and management of recurrent respiratory papillomatosis in children. He is the Vice Chair Education and Director of Postgraduate Education for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, University of Toronto. Dr. Vito Forte Dr. Vito Forte is a Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto. He retired from clinical duties from the Hospital for Sick Children after 30 years of practice.
