Michael Haus is an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Political Science at Darmstadt University of Technology. His current research focuses on the institutional design of local government in a comparative perspective. Hubert Heinelt is Professor of Public Administration/Public Policy and Urban Studies at the Institute for Political Science at Darmstadt University of Technology.
