Josephine A. McQuail served as Executive Director of the Northeast Modern Language Association (NeMLA) from 2003–6, and is active in the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) and the Tennessee Education Association (TEA). She also serves as Trustee in the William Blake Society of London. She lives in Cookeville, Tennessee.
