Considered to be the expert on all things Flying Scotsman, he wrote The Flying Scotsman Story and Flying Scotsman: The Most Famous locomotive in the World for the History Press. A freelance professional broadcast TV film maker and author working for BBC, ITN, Channel 4 and Sky, he lives in London.
